Her most memorable role was on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, from the year 1996 to 2002. In the intervening years, she starred in sitcoms such as ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and film Mean Girls. Ana Gasteyer's Career Was Devoted towards American Auto. Martha, Inc., The Story of Martha Stewart, (2003), and Martha: Behind Bars, (2005) were television films that were that were based on her life. Cybill Shepard portrayed her in both films.
